Montgomery County District Attorney Mike Holley
Mike Holley was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott in October, 2025. Mike Holley brings more than two decades of courtroom experience, leadership, and public service to the people of Montgomery County. Mike joined the MC DA office in 2012. He is a decorate Army veteran and his leadership continues the DA office’s tradition of integrity , service and dedication to justice.
